Ts.Enkhjin at the finale[/caption]
Indian contestant Manushi Chhillar was crowned Miss World 2017 from among participants of 130 countries.
This year’s Miss World competition marked the second time for Mongolia to secure a finalist spot in the top 15 of the internationally renowned beauty pageant.
Prior to the finale show, Ts.Enkhjin received the Multimedia Challenge award.
Moreover, she was chosen as one of the five contestants to perform a traditional dance in the Miss World 2017 finale. She performed the Mongolian traditional dance “Jalam Khar”, choreographed based on the mythical black horse that ran thousands of miles back to its birthplace.
Ts.Enkhjin also made the top 20 for the Beauty with a Purpose program with her project to improve water supply and sanitation facilities in ger districts and made it into the top eight for Miss Sport.
Last year’s Miss Mongolia A.Bayartsetseg made it to the top 11 at Miss World 2016.
